ya.. silent mode on again..
nw my condition totally diff from tis evening..
i thk suk fun will noe d diff..

tis evening, i cn talk, i cn laugh, i cn eat, i cn drink..
but nw..
i totally cnt talk, cnt laugh, cnt eat(even porridge), cnt drink( even stolen my own saliva)
damn pain..

tis is d power of medicine..
last 2 tablet.. ya, i still left 2 tablet jek..
should i take it nw?
if i take it nw, i will feel beta nw,
but when i slp, then jiu big problem..
if i take b4 i slp, i cn tahan till tmw morning
but nw veli pain..
